Arksons specializes in providing custom manufacturing services, tailoring products precisely to client specifications. As per the nature of orders, our terms may vary, influenced by factors like pricing, delivery timelines, freight, tariffs, and more. Here are some general terms and conditions for your reference:

PRICING INFORMATION

FOB Terms: We quote price based on FOB terms; this includes all inland charges in Pakistan till Karachi Port. Customers are responsible for arranging pick-up from their end destination, though alternative options may be offered as needed.

Pricing Variability: Price is subject to change due to global fluctuations in raw material costs, labor rates, freight, tariffs, and currency exchange rates. External factors, like government duty increases or unforeseen import surcharges, may also impact on final pricing.

Payment Terms: A deposit of 50% is typically required for order confirmation, the remaining balance is due after inspection of goods before shipment. Other terms of payments can also be negotiated.

SAMPLES & TESTING

We value your satisfaction with the final product. While we cannot simulate the full range of consumer usage, we rely on your feedback during sample development to ensure the product meets your expectations.

⦁ Confidentiality: Your logos, artwork, and designs are managed confidentially. Our Team is well informed in this matter, and they adhere to our strict confidentiality standards.

⦁ Sample Testing Responsibility: It’s the client’s responsibility to conduct comprehensive testing of the sample and provide feedback on aspects such as fit, fabric, and construction. Feedback must be documented, and any corrections should be clearly communicated in writing.

⦁ Pre-Production Samples: After receiving your feedback on prototype samples and confirming your bulk purchase order with a deposit, we will create pre-production samples for final approval.

⦁ Approval of Pre-Production Samples: Pre-production samples represent the final quality and construction of the bulk order. By approving these samples, you authorize us to proceed with bulk production.

PRODUCTION & DELIVERY

⦁ Delivery Estimates: Delivery dates are informed at order confirmation after checking all details. To proceed the client must send us a signed order confirmation copy along with the advance deposit receipt within 7 days, failure to do so results in order cancellation. Unexpected delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as sample approval delays, shipping disruptions, customs issues or a force majeure.

⦁ Inspection of Goods: We recommend inspection of your goods before shipping at our factory from your own or a 3rd party representative to make sure everything goes smoothly. It’s essential that any discrepancies in quantity or quality must be cleared before shipping.

⦁ Quality Assurance: We have a strict quality control policy, however if minor defects may occur, a standard defect tolerance of up to 2% per article is acceptable. Should the defect rate exceed 2% notify us within 30 days, and we will address the issue as per our contractual or mutual agreement.

Arksons operates from Sialkot, Pakistan. Our production facility spans a total area of 117,000 sqft, strategically organized to optimize efficiency and workflow.
